As a DONA-certified birth doula, I provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to your unique journey—whether you’re planning a home birth, birth center birth, or hospital birth. Through supporting families in many different birth settings, I’ve learned how to offer calm, experienced care rooted in trust, flexibility, and deep respect for each family’s journey.

From pregnancy through labor and birth, and into lactation and postpartum, I offer steady, compassionate guidance
every step of the way.
